As an Equipment Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our equipment is set up and functioning optimally for our clients. You’ll be the hands-on expert who brings our products to life, working closely with a dynamic team to install and maintain various equipment. Your skills and attention to detail will help us deliver top-notch service and satisfaction to our customers.

What you’ll do
- Perform assembly of storage systems such as modular buildings, automated storage systems, shelving, and vertical carousels and lifts at customers' locations
- Perform troubleshooting tasks required for repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Move / transport materials from customer sites to our office
- Provide training and support to clients on equipment operation and maintenance
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any installation-related issues
Position
Status : Full time or part timeHours - Monday to Friday - Typical hours are 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m. but can vary slightly depending on customer needs and other factors. Full time is 40 working hours / week. Part time is project based, as needed.Location : Home office in Emmaus, PA and customer sites within a 90-minute radius (no overnight travel required).Qualifications
High school diploma / GED. Technical / trade training or college degree preferredMust pass mandatory background checksA valid driver's license and clean driving recordRequirements
No experience is necessary – if you have a good work ethic and mechanical skills, we can teach you. However, construction experience is a plus.Must possess an analytical thought process and solid problem solving / troubleshooting skillsMust possess the desire and ability to learn basic mechanical skillsMust be able to read and follow manufacturer installation instructionsMust be able to do physical work and lift up to 75 poundsMust be very organized and have excellent attention to detailMust be good at interacting with customersMust be able to work well as part of a small teamWhy you’ll love it here
