Opportunity : RN - ED ER Job Details : - Work in a Level II trauma center emergency department with over 100,000 annual visits - 101-bed emergency department with patient ratios typically 4 : 1 for medical patients, up to 7 : 1 for behavioral holds - Every other weekend schedule requirement with flexible scheduling to meet department needs - Float to all sections within the emergency department but no floating outside of ED - Must have minimum 2 years nursing experience with at least 1 year in emergency room setting - Level 2 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center experience preferred - Previous HCA experience preferred - Required certifications before start date : ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS - ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire - Work with Baxter pumps, GE monitors, and Cerner documentation system - Navy scrubs uniform required - Follow AIDET protocols and maintain respectful patient experience standards - Update patient boards and communicate with patients throughout visit - Must demonstrate teamwork mentality and ability to provide real-time coaching and feedback - Flexibility to work in all areas of the emergency department required Facility : This flagship medical facility is an 815-bed hospital that has been recognized as one of America's 50 Best Hospitals by Healthgrades from 2020-2023, placing it in the top 1% of hospitals nationwide for clinical quality.
