We’re looking for an Instructional Content Designer who will be the driving force behind developing our training content, transforming learning concepts into polished, engaging resources for print and digital formats while supporting the development of Team Members across our rapidly growing brand. Join us and help shape the future of training at Slim Chickens. ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Print Content Design

• Designs and creates all aspects of training materials for team members in the restaurants, managers, multi-unit managers, operators, franchisees, and support center staff
• Responsible for maintaining and updating current training and operations manuals and tools
• Responsible for writing creative and energetic training materials, incorporating relevant supporting imagery and graphics
• Responsible for design and development of written training and operational materials
• Assist with creation of all new and limited-time product rollouts to the system
• Create engaging, succinct, and direct messaging for operational / training materials to drive sales, guest satisfaction and more efficient operations
• Support training team to maintain an up-to-date MIT Syllabus and any additional development tools / resources
• Supports all training and operations initiatives and projects
• Coordinates and supports successful partnership with print vendor to ensure all materials available are current and accurate

Digital Content Design

Slim Chickens systems principles and objectives : Has a thorough understanding of Slim Chickens' established operating systems (e.g., quality, security, office environment, company policies, safety) and recognizes the responsibility to stay updated on these systems and the role this position plays in supporting them.

Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives : This position description is designed to guide the activities of the Instructional Content Designer. It is not meant to restrict the individual's creativity or limit their thinking, nor does it encompass all the tasks that may be required in this role.

Physical Activities : Primarily performed in an office environment. Involves entering and retrieving information on a computer and visually verifying details, often in small print. May also require presenting information to small or large groups.

Travel : Occasionally requires travel to multiple restaurants or work sites, which may include overnight stays.
