What Youll Do

Own the technical design process from prototype to pre-production

Measure fit samples and prepare for fittings (live model + dress form)

Audit garment construction and ensure quality across categories and fabrications

Lead fit sessions and translate feedback into clear, actionable comments (written + visual)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fit, fabric, and wash quality meet brand standards

Communicate directly with overseas vendorsprofessional, timely, and precise

Proactively identify and solve product / quality issues before they impact timelines

Track, manage, and prioritize workload across multiple categories

What You Bring

Deep knowledge of apparel design, garment construction, patternmaking, grading, and technical drawing

Experience leading fittings and making accurate fit corrections

Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite

Experience writing detailed spec sheets across multiple categories

Keen eye for apparel flaws and production issueswith the ability to influence solutions

Organized, detail-oriented, and dependableable to thrive in a fast-paced, ultra-collaborative environment

Excellent communication skills (written + visual) with a knack for clarity and precision
