Our in-house therapy team is dedicated to helping residents reach their highest potential — and we’re looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our family.

What You’ll Do :

Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that help residents improve communication and quality of life.

Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary rehab and nursing teams.

Document progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.

Educate residents, families, and staff to promote carryover and understanding of therapy goals.

Qualifications :

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Active SLP license (state of practice)

CCCs preferred

Skilled nursing experience a plus, but not required
