What You’ll Bring : NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification Valid Washington State Respiratory Therapist license Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association Proven experience assisting with invasive and non-invasive procedures Strong skills in ventilator management, airway maintenance, arterial line insertion, intubations, and blood gas analysis Ability to follow established protocols and collaborate effectively with medical staff Nice to Have : Experience with pulmonary function studies and cardiac / pulmonary stress testing Previous experience working in hospital settings with ventilator management Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Preferred Education and Experience : Minimum of 1 year of clinical respiratory therapy experience Previous travel or temporary assignment experience is a plus Relevant certifications and ongoing professional development Other Requirements : Attach all required certifications (NBRC RRT, WA RT license, ACLS, BLS) to your application Must be able to work overnight shifts (6 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 AM) Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment and adapt to float to different units as needed If you are a passionate therapist looking to elevate patient care and advance your career, this is the perfect role for you.
