job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide nursing care to acutely or critically ill patients within the ICU unit. Implement individualized medical care plans and monitor patient progress. Supervise and coordinate patient care activities with the healthcare team. Maintain accurate records and ensure all clinical documentation is completed on time. Uphold infection control and safety standards in compliance with hospital policies. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the care team. Minimum 2 years of ICU experience as an RN. Active RN License (Iowa or compact state). BLS & ACLS Certifications (current and valid). Prior experience in acute care or critical care settings preferred. Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities. Expertise in patient assessment and emergency response. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
