About The Position

Job Title : Speech Language Pathologist

Profession : Speech Language Pathologist

Hours per Shift : 08 : 00 AM - 05 : 30 PM

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in acute care, particularly with bedside and modified barium swallow studies

License : Kentucky License required

Certifications : BLS, ACLS required; FEES and Vital Stim certification preferred

Must-Have : Experience treating patients with tracheostomies; must reside within 100 miles of facility

Description :

This is a Monday to Friday position.

On call is required.

Candidates must have experience as a speech therapist in an acute care setting.

Competence in bedside and modified barium swallow studies is essential.

Certification in FEES and Vital Stim is preferred.

Comfort in treating patients with tracheostomies is necessary.

A Kentucky License, as well as BLS and ACLS certifications, is required.

Candidates must reside within 100 miles of the facility to be considered.
