Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
  • Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, ensuring comfort and professionalism.
  • Collect and prepare non-blood specimens with accuracy.
  • Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and quality control in all procedures.

What You Bring :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and data entry proficiency.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing.
  • Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.

    • This role will provide routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI), and you will receive training on maintaining confidentiality and abiding by privacy standards. Employees are expected to access PHI only as needed for job duties.
