Job Details

  • Experience : Minimum 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law or civil rights.
  • Education : J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York (additional jurisdictions a plus).

Skills :

  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage cases independently from intake through resolution.
  • Experience with depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Comfort with client-facing responsibilities and trauma-informed communication.
