Position Title : Civil Engineer

Location : Dana Point, CA

Job Type : Full-Time

Pay Range : $100,000 – $130,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of land development experience to join our team in Orange County. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects that help shape the local community.

You’ll collaborate closely with experienced project managers, supporting the design and preparation of detailed engineering plans, technical reports, and project studies. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Managers on engineering design and technical development for land development projects.
Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and project documentation in compliance with local and state regulations.
Assist in preparing reports, studies, and design analyses to support project objectives.
Ensure designs meet applicable standards, codes, and client requirements.
Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical input throughout the design process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited institution.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in land development (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).

Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Carlson software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
