Position : Nurse Manager - ICU / PCU

Shift : Days with 24 / 7 Accountability

Experience :

1. 3-5 years of clinical experience in Critical Care nursing required.

2. Prior management, supervisor, charge, coordinator, or other related leadership experience required.

3. Trauma an Neuro clinical experience preferred.

Education :

1. BSN preferred, other related Bachelors Degree or pursuing required.

2. MSN or other related Masters Degree highly preferred.

Licensures / Certifications :

1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc / American Red Cross) required.

3. CCRN certification or Leadership certification (NE-BC / NEA-BC) desired.
