About The Position

Job Title : Registered Respiratory Therapist

Profession : Respiratory Therapy

Shift : 12H Nights

Hours per Shift : 36 hours per week

Experience : 2 years minimum, 2-5 years preferred

License : Registered Respiratory Therapist

Certifications : BLS, ACLS

Must-Have :

• Experience with Bronchoscopy
• PFT Lab experience
• Familiarity with Therapist Driven Protocols

Description :

Coordinates respiratory care to identified patients in designated areas of practice.

Utilizes delegation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Participates in the communication network with appropriate members of the health care team.

Routinely demonstrates leadership capabilities through performance, team leading, prioritizing, and delegating.

Assumes professional responsibility and accountability for outcomes of respiratory care.

Demonstrates the ability to integrate respiratory therapy theory into practice.

Displays clinical competency in providing age-specific respiratory care to patients in designated areas of practice.

Delivers respiratory care to identified patients with minimal supervision to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Other duties may be assigned.
