About the Role :
The Insurance Case Management Supervisor functions as an integral member of a multidisciplinary clinical team which manages the care of patients. They provide oversight of daily operations and supervise AIC Insurance Case Managers. The Supervisor ensures that current patients have updated eligibility and authorization information on file prior to each appointment. They work closely with the Clinical Staff, CSTs, PSTs, Patient Account Specialists, and the Reimbursement department in providing and promoting customer service, process flow, operational integrity, quality care and process improvement along with high service standards.
Schedule : Monday Friday 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include reading, distance, computer, and color vision. Talking and hearing are essential to communicate with patients, vendors, and staff.
