Assistant Project Manager
Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with project managers to monitor budgets, schedules, and project scope. Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts to ensure project requirements are met. Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including change orders and progress reports. Support the on-site team with problem-solving and decision-making to address project challenges. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
