Restorative Aide

We’re seeking a compassionate Restorative Aide to join our care team! In this role, you’ll help residents maintain or regain independence in daily living through structured restorative programs.

Requirements

Current CNA license in Missouri (in good standing)

• Must already be certified / trained as Restorative Aide

CPR / BLS certification

Completion of restorative training (facility training provided if needed)

1+ year CNA or therapy aide experience preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

What You’ll Do

Carry out restorative nursing programs as directed by therapy and nursing staff

Assist residents with mobility, strength, and ADL retraining

Monitor and document resident progress, vital signs, and changes in condition

Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs

Promote resident independence and quality of life
