Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an Assembly Technician to join our client in Rocky Mount. This is a 1st shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing company that values teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities :

  • Assemble mechanical components and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
  • Follow detailed instructions and specifications to ensure assemblies meet quality standards
  • Inspect and verify parts for accuracy before and after assembly
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety and housekeeping guidelines
  • Complete assigned projects within required deadlines

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings or technical instructions
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet throughout the shift
  • Previous assembly, mechanical, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability with good attendance record
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
