Are you ready to lead a team, manage projects, and solve problems on the go? If you have experience with commercial projects, construction, or project management, and you enjoy organizing, leading, and improving processes, this role is designed for you. You will coordinate installers and helpers, handle customer interactions, and oversee projects from start to finish. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference for both your team and the community, this is the opportunity for you.

You Will Be Trusted To

  • Lead projects and manage a team of installers and helpers
  • Solve on-site problems and make critical decisions
  • Handle budgets, quotes, and customer communications
  • Ensure safety, quality, and accountability on every project

You Qualify With

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of construction, project management, or commercial experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience reading plans, preparing quotes, and performing basic math
  • Ability to perform installations and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license

    • Additional Success

  • One or more years of garage door or commercial sales experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Experience operating boom lifts and scissor lifts
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan, ProMaster, or other service ticketing systems
