job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCurrent and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Kansas . Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. 1+ year of recent inpatient experience . BLS certification (AHA Required). Strong clinical reasoning and patient-care skills.
Physical Therapist Inpatient (Day Shift)
Location : Anthony, KS, 67003
Duration : 13-week
Job Type : Travel, Contract
Shift : 8-hr Days | 08 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PM
Guaranteed Hours : 40 per week
Weekly Pay Rate : $2,200 - $2,400; Depending on experience (negotiable)
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs using evidence-based techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Provide direct patient care to promote mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
- Document patient progress and response to treatments in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, case managers, and other therapists to ensure coordinated and high-quality care.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
