What You’ll Be Doing :
Share the unique story behind our client’s products and ethos in a confident and engaging wayTake ownership of all day-to-day operations at the pop-up, including opening / closing, stock management, and customer follow-upsUse your exceptional people skills to connect with customers and promote the full product range – even those not physically on displayWork cross-functionally with other departments to ensure every customer touchpoint is seamlessGo above and beyond to ensure every customer interaction is a standout momentMaintain immaculate presentation and visual standards within the storeAdapt quickly, think on your feet, and always look for ways to improve both the customer journey and operational efficiencyEnsure the environment is safe and compliant for all staff, customers, and contractorsBe comfortable with some physical tasks, such as furniture assembly and manual handlingWho We’re Looking For :
You'll bring at least 3 years of face-to-face retail or customer service experience and know how to work independently in a fast-paced settingYou’ve got exceptional interpersonal skills and a knack for energising any room you walk intoCustomer-first is your default setting, and empathy guides every conversation you haveYou’re proactive, reliable and comfortable managing tasks without direct supervisionYou notice the small things – from store presentation to customer follow-upYour written and verbal English skills are near-perfect.Your positivity is contagious and helps lift the team and customer experienceApply Now!
