Sr. Financial Analyst - Ardán Inc.

POSITION SUMMARY :

The financial Analyst will manage the title agent acquisition process, lead due diligence, and provide financial planning analyses. The role requires clear communication of analysis results and collaboration with leadership to enhance workflow and set strategic direction. The financial Analyst will also ensure compliance with company policies, monitor market trends, and provide financial variance explanations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of the title agent acquisition process from start to finish.
• Leading due diligence efforts to assess the financial and operational viability of potential targets.
• Providing core financial planning analyses, creating financial models that can support business decision making, apart from developing regular forecasts and budgets for the business segments.
• Aggregation of large amounts of financial data while also taking into account factors like financial market trends and past transactions of a similar nature for the development of key analyses / models.
• Performance of ad-hoc analyses to support executives with the information needed to drive business goals successfully.
• Communication / Presentation of results of analysis in a clear manner, along with the ability to interact comfortably across organizational levels.

Physical Demands :

This role is mostly sedentary and requires the ability to sit for long periods each day. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate orally.
