Customer Success / Client Support
3 Month Contract - No Third Parties
Remote
We’re looking for a Customer Success Contractor to provide essential operational and customer service support to our Program Team. In this role, you’ll manage the support inbox, process orders, and ensure partner inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
You’ll play a key part in maintaining smooth backend operations and a positive partner experience. The role also involves administrative and tracking tasks to ensure data accuracy and alignment across internal systems.
