Job Description

We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our team! You will be responsible for helping existing clients with reviews, service requests and maintain a quality relationship.  You will also be expected to build and expand your client book under the oversight of an experienced and tenured advisor mentor.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and grow meaningful long-term client relationships
  • Transition product-based clients to our fee-based planning platform
  • Learn and navigate planning software, presentations, and deliverables
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client planning questions
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​ Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in the financial services industry, 3+ years
  • Series 65, 7, and planning experience with CFP® designation preferred
  • Insurance license MN, life accident and health
  • Ability to effectively complete a client factfinder, reduce notes into action and recommendations
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
