This position is responsible for accounts receivable and customer relations for AA Cargo domestic customer accounts.
What You'll Do
- Reconcile Cargo Customer Credit Accounts
- Assist Cargo Credit Customers with billing, rating, and settlement inquiries
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies
- Interface with customers to obtain documentation for billing / discrepancy audits and ensure correct payment application
- Maintain receivable aging within established targets
- Work with customers to secure payment for past due items
- Communicate frequently via phone, email, and in person with credit customers, AA Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, cargo facilities, and third-party vendors / partners
- Complete ad hoc projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience :
Accounting degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferredAbility to multitaskStrong mathematical, problem-solving, and analytical skillsPrevious credit experience is a plusExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to interact effectively with all levels of employees and managementHighly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlinesProficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint; iCargo experience preferredPreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience :
Experience with ExcelSkills, Licenses & Certifications :
