The Sr. Manager, Planning & Strategic Initiatives acts as the enterprise integrator across GSCL Field Replenishment organization, owning the consolidated planning, performance narrative, and strategic initiatives that anchor the controllership model. This role ensures a single, coherent financial story is told connecting node-level insight to enterprise outcomes while driving standards, cadences, and tools that enable consistency, clarity, and strategic decision-making across the network.

As a Sr Manager FP&A, GSCL Planning & Strategic Initiatives, you will :

• Facilitate an integrated forecast, aligning bottom-up assumptions to GSCL & Enterprise objectives.
• Deliver one clear performance narrative for GSCL leadership.
• Standardize tools, cadences, and reporting for consistency and speed.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, partnering closely with GSCL Strategy & Ops.
• Bridge field controllers and corporate finance, ensuring insights flow up and down.

About you :

This position will operate as a Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending on what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
