About the Cost Accountant role
Join a growing organization that is investing in its costing discipline. You will own standard cost for materials, labor, and overhead across a broad product portfolio and work shoulder to shoulder with engineering and operations. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on product profitability and pricing accuracy.

What you will do as the Cost Accountant
Validate and maintain standards for materials, labor, and overhead across all items
Perform month end cost close activities and prepare clear variance analysis with root causes and actions
Reconcile and improve the flow of purchase price and manufacturing variances so they land in the right place
Support annual standard updates and ensure underlying assumptions are correct
Monitor inventory valuation and provide insights that improve margin and pricing decisions
What you bring as the Cost Accountant
Three or more years in a manufacturing cost role
Solid knowledge of standard cost, variance analysis, and inventory accounting under GAAP
Advanced Excel and experience with an ERP in a manufacturing setting
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, supply chain, or related field
CPA or CMA is a plus
