About the Role

We're looking for a Salesforce Developer Lead with 5+ years of hands-on development experience to join our Corporate Responsibility Technology team. This is a role combining deep technical expertise with leadership and mentorship. You'll work closely with junior developers, guiding them through complex Salesforce implementations and integrations, while also contributing directly to code and architecture.

What You'll Do

• Lead Salesforce development efforts (60% hands-on, 40% leadership).
• Architect and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components, APEX, and SOQL.
• Mentor junior engineers and help elevate the team's Salesforce capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with AWS, AI tools, and Payment APIs.
• Drive community development initiatives and custom application builds-no drag-and-drop work.
• Manage release cycles using Jules for deployment and release management.
• Participate in a 3-round interview process including hands-on coding and behavioral assessments.
