Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated WellSky Professional to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of WellSky platforms and a passion for optimizing healthcare operations through technology. This position is responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing WellSky applications to improve billing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support WellSky solutions in a healthcare organizations.
- Collaborate with administrative teams to analyze business needs and translate them into WellSky system enhancements or optimizations.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document application issues, coordinating with WellSky support as needed.
- Maintain and update system documentation, workflows, and user manuals related to WellSky products.
- Stay current with WellSky product updates, best practices.
