Responsibilities

  • Receive daily dispatch for water extraction, monitoring, demo, etc. (as assigned) and document daily progress.
  • Prepare rooms / areas for work activities. Set up the preparation area and equipment for each project.
  • Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and convey any concerns or questions to the supervisor or manager as needed.
  • Perform end-of-day or end-of-job cleaning and breakdown. Leave the workplace with a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Maintain supplies, equipment, and a vehicle clean : communicate necessary items or any concerns about the vehicle to the supervisor or manager.
  • Respond to emergency service calls during business hours, after business hours, and / or through on-call rotation.
  • Assist other departments or perform other tasks as requested.
  • Learn SERVPRO systems and prepare to grow and excel with the team / company.

    • Position Requirements

  • Valid drivers license : can make accommodations if in process or for specific circumstances.

    • Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and work in confined spaces (e.g., narrow spaces, attics).
  • Ability to push / pull / lift / transport objects repetitively.
  • Ability to work with / around cleaning agents.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

    Compensation : $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
