Overview
Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gutter Installer Supervisor to lead and oversee our gutter installation teams. This hands-on leadership role ensures that all gutter installation projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gutter installation, team management, and job site coordination.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of gutter installation crews
- Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
- Train and mentor new and existing installers on best practices and safety procedures
- Inspect work sites before, during, and after installation to ensure compliance with company standards and local codes
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and job specifications
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and office staff
- Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
- Troubleshoot on-site problems and provide effective solutions
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company vehicles and tools
- Report daily progress and project updates to management
