QA Automation Engineer

Position Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Tester to support our initiatives. This role is focused on enabling seamless digital experiences by analyzing business needs and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver results.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Manage execution of project delivery in accordance with the organization's product management methodology
• Work closely with Product Owner and IT Technical Teams to prioritize features and ensure alignment between business goals and implementation according to the Product Roadmap
• Track and manage POD capacity and allocate work as needed to deliver per the timelines
• Document detailed requirements in the form of user stories, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Lead and coordinate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor progress and performance against the agreed upon goals and timelines
• Identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays
• Manage ongoing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Required Qualifications :
• Experience : 7 years in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and API testing
• Experience with regulated environments and validated systems
• Automation : Ability to develop automated test cases based on requirements, existing manual test cases, or feature acceptance criteria
• Technical Skills : Strong understanding of object-oriented principles, design patterns, and data structures, with a solid grasp of effective design methodologies
• Tools : Selenium WebDriver, Experience with CI / CD tools like Jenkins and build tools such as Maven
• API Testing : Proficient in using Postman or similar tools for API testing
• Execution : Capable of performing Automation and Manual test execution in multi-device and cross browser to deliver accurate and reliable results.
• Process Knowledge : Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Communication : Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
