As a Carpet Installer, you are the front line of the Floor Coverings International team, executing on our quality and craftsmanship at each job. Our installation teams leave the lasting impression that determines our success. We respect the customer and their home, we deliver what we promise and we clean up. This leads to our customers giving us an average 5-star rating contributing in turn to strong referral business. Position starts in a contract to hire capacity with ability to move to W2 employee status with proven performance, if desired but not required.
