Join our team as an independent contractor Nurse Practitioner dedicated to conducting in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage , Medicaid , and commercial health plan members. This is your opportunity to build meaningful relationships while empowering individuals to re-engage with their health.
Compensation :
- Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly
- $80 base rate per completed assessment
- Average of 6-9 patient visits daily
- Additional pay-per-test compensation available for qualifying visits
