Sales & Community Engagement Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial for driving community engagement and expanding our In-Home Care services in the Green Bay area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Sales and Community Relationships in the HealthCare Industry, with a passion for connecting with the community and promoting our services to potential clients and referral sources.
Responsibilities include :
- Actively promote our In-Home Care services within the community, establishing relationships with potential clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
- Identify new leads, nurture existing relationships, and develop strategies to grow our client base. Utilize effective communication skills to engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone and email.
- Build relationships with industry professionals and key influencers to foster partnerships that drive business opportunities. Execute the marketing plan to accelerate business development and brand recognition.
- Analyze data to identify trends, address potential challenges, and develop effective solutions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
A bachelor's degree in health administration preferred or equivalent years of experience in business, public health, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on marketing, business development, or community engagement. A strong understanding of care management principles and practices is necessary.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and community partners.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with healthcare software.Benefits :
