Program Management Communications Manager

A company is looking for a Program Management Communications Manager.

Key Responsibilities Include

Create and execute comprehensive provider and member communication campaigns

Identify and collaborate with departments to enhance member and provider experience

Develop and maintain policy / process / work instructions for communication initiatives

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Business to Consumer Communications experience

3+ years of Project / Program Management experience, preferably within Managed Care

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams)

Bachelor's degree or similar work experience

Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively
