Drill Pipe Inspector Assistant

Staffmark is hiring a Drill Pipe Inspector Assistant in New Boston, TX! If you're looking to build hands-on experience in the oil and gas industry, this entry-level opportunity is a great place to start.

Pay : $14 / hour

Schedule : 7 days / week (must be available for a flexible work schedule)

In this role, you'll assist in the inspection, cleaning, and preparation of drill pipe and production tubing. Your work helps prevent downhole issues and improves drilling efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Inspect drill pipe and tubing using magnetic inspection equipment
• Buff, grind, and clean pipe surfaces to correct any defects
• Roll pipes to allow for complete joint inspection
• Assist in identifying and documenting pipe damage
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
