Property Manager (Austin)

Endeavor has engaged with a privately held, growing real estate development and investment company seeking a Property Manager. This individual will ensure exceptional tenant satisfaction, efficient property operations, and professional coordination with ownership and vendors.

About the Role

Youll be the primary contact for tenants and vendors, ensuring that day-to-day property operations run seamlessly. This position blends operational oversight, tenant relations, and administrative support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily management of Class A commercial properties in partnership with the regional leadership team.
• Address tenant service requests promptly and maintain strong working relationships with occupants and contractors.
• Prepare annual operating budgets, CAM reconciliations, and monthly management reports.
• Oversee vendor contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on maintenance and safety concerns.
• Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy records for leases, reports, and contracts.
• Foster positive, long-term relationships with tenants by delivering responsive, solutions-focused service.
• Support the planning of tenant and broker events with the onsite team.
• Coordinate move-in / move-out activities, deposits, and lease-related communications.
• Monitor receivables, assist with collections, and ensure tenant ledgers remain accurate.
• Assist with tenant improvement and capital project oversight from design through closeout.
• Schedule vendors, arrange access, and support progress inspections.
• Track project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion and transition to occupancy.
