Position : Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, on-site

Pay : $17.00 - 26.00 hourly, based on experience

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer and manage a high volume of customer calls with professionalism and care
  • Listen closely to understand customer needs and schedule service accordingly
  • Dispatch service technicians efficiently while monitoring routes and status updates
  • Build trust with customers by providing accurate information and clear communication
  • Handle incoming emails, schedule updates, and follow-ups promptly
  • Support customers with additional products and services where appropriate

    • Experience We're Looking For :

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service is required
  • 1+ years of high-volume call handling experience, preferred
  • 1+ years of dispatching experience, preferred
