Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine the sales training and coaching framework aligned with business goals
Lead training sessions and provide coaching to enhance the performance of sales teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external training vendors to ensure effective learning solutions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proven experience in sales enablement, coaching, or learning & development in a high-growth environment
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
Experience in building scalable training programs and coaching frameworks
Ability to lead and develop teams to achieve high performance
