At least 21 years of age Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A) At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. Pay Rate : First year Drivers make up to $85,000 per year.
- Sign-on bonus : Up to $10,000 depending on experience.
- Routes are primarily solo 2-day routes (1 night out)
