Who YOU Are

You're a dedicated Fire Safety Specialist with a strong commitment to ensuring the safety and reliability of fire protection systems. With your extensive knowledge of fire codes, standards, and best practices, you play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the effectiveness of fire safety measures for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Install, repair, and inspect smoke and fire suppression systems.
• Inspect, test and repair fire alarm wiring, fire alarm panels and peripheral equipment.
• Identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
• Inspect, repair or replace smoke / heat detectors and sprinkler heads.
• Repair and test wet / dry systems; test fire alarm system devices using appropriate diagnostic programs and test equipment.
• Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes.
• Read, interpret, and apply system design plans and building construction drawings and documents.
• Perform true test smoke detector sensitivity procedure.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is required.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
