Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Houston, TX, for a Director of Nursing. The Director of Nursing will oversee the daily nursing operations, ensure compliance with infection control protocols, and deliver high-quality long-term care. The role includes staff management, policy implementation, coordination with medical teams, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Director will lead by example to ensure the best possible care for residents and foster a supportive environment for the nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in Nursing Management and Long-term Care
• Strong knowledge of Infection Control protocols and procedures
• Background in Medicine and Nursing practices
• Possession of excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• BSN required, MSN or higher preferred
• Valid RN license in the state of Texas
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
