We're Hiring : Travel Respiratory Therapist - NICU / PICU!

We’re seeking an experienced  Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)  with NICU / PICU expertise for a 13-week contract at a leading teaching hospital and Level I Trauma Center. You’ll work in a  Level IV NICU , providing advanced respiratory care to critically ill neonatal and pediatric patients.

This is a  high-acuity travel contract  offering competitive weekly pay, housing / travel stipends, and the opportunity to grow your skills in a nationally recognized teaching environment.

  • Location :   Baltimore, MD
  • Contract Length :   13 weeks
  • Shift :   Nights, 3x12 hours (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)
  • Weekly Pay Expectation :   ~$2,070 / week (36 hrs) – up to ~$2,760 / week (48 hrs)

    • Float Note

    This is a  single-location travel contract  based at one hospital in Baltimore, MD.

    Travelers must be willing to  float between units within the hospital  (NICU, PICU, Pediatrics, and other ICU settings as needed).

    Responsibilities

  • Deliver respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients in critical care
  • Perform advanced airway management and ventilator operations
  • Assist in high-risk deliveries and interdepartmental transports
  • Administer specialized respiratory medications and therapies

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ NICU / PICU experience (first-time travelers welcome)
  • Active MD or Compact Respiratory Care Practitioner license
  • Required : BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (AHA / AAP only), RRT
  • Preferred : Epic charting, teaching hospital experience, Level I / II trauma
  • Must live 50+ miles from the facility
