Participates in staff meetings. Serves on incident reporting committee. Conducts assessments and crisis intervention; may offer short-term counseling. Makes referrals and linkages. Holds participant groups and workshops. Acts as on-site liaison. Develops community resource relationships. Assists with duties assigned by Shelter Director or Team Leader. Adheres to confidentiality protocols. Represents mission and values; upholds policies. Promotes social justice and equity. Minimum of 2 years' experience in the field of social services. Working knowledge of issues related to or experience working with families, homelessness, HIV, substance abuse, mental illness, entitlements and domestic violence

About the Opportunity :
- Start Date : ASAP
- Assignment Length : Ongoing (Contract to Hire potential)
- Schedule : Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays
- Hours : Flexible, shifts vary from 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, or 10am-6pm.
- Setting : 5 Days (onsite)
- Patient Population : Families with Children
- EMR : Electronic State System Connections
