Job Type : Full Time, Direct Hire
Location : City of Industry, CA
Schedule : 2nd Shift (2 : 00pm–10 : 30pm) or 3rd Shift (10 : 00pm–6 : 30am); overtime built into schedule
Total Compensation : $105,000+ (base pay + company paid benefits + company paid pension)

About the Role
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a high-volume liquid food manufacturing facility. In this role, you will :
- Perform both mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment, including troubleshooting issues, repairing motors, drives, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes, and working with PLCs, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- You will also complete preventive maintenance tasks, log work in the CMMS system, and ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, LOTO, and food safety standards.
- This position requires collaboration with team members and supervisors to minimize downtime, support production goals, and drive continuous improvement.
