We are currently recruiting for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join a growing enterprise client, supporting their Corporate HQ in Peachtree Corners. This position will be key in providing exceptional technical support to a varied end-user base, as well as supporting firm-wide projects at a time of continued digital transformation.

The Role

• Support the end-user base via telephone, email and / or deskside visits.
• Resolve issues across desktop, server, hardware, and network environments.
• Managed office AV environments, maintaining for regular conferences / events.
• Maintain mobile devices across iOS and Android platforms.
• Ensure alignment to asset management processes.
• Participate in system updates and deployments.
• Must be willing to travel between 2 office locations
