Job Title : Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapy

Experience :

Minimum of 1-3 years of job-related experience preferred.

License :

Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Ohio is required.

Certifications :

Current Hand Therapist certification is preferred.

Current CPR certification is required at the time of hire.

Must-Have :

CHT certification strongly preferred.

Manager will consider candidates with extensive hand therapy experience who are eager to learn.

Description :

The Occupational Therapist assumes a dynamic leadership role on the interdisciplinary patient care teams.

This individual identifies patient care needs and develops a plan of care and goals in collaboration with the patient.

They provide a wide variety of treatment techniques within the scope of practice.

Education and support are provided to patients and their families.

The therapist facilitates continuing care planning and participates in staff management, cost management, and professional practice activities.

They are responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department.
