Regional Cyber Security Assessor (RCSA) Analyst

Responsibilities

Peraton is looking for a Regional Cyber Security Assessor(RCSA) Analyst to become part of our Federal Strategic Cyber Group.

Location : Beltsville, MD with support in Northern VA and Washington D.C.

• Position requires up to 50% travel within the CONUS and OCONUS.
• Position requires on-site with situational telework.

Role :

You will serve as cyber security consultants and experts whose core function is to support and implement the cybersecurity policies to secure the Department's critical information infrastructure by ensuring that classified and unclassified networks are installed, maintained, operated, and secured in accordance with the current department and U.S. Government regulations. The CSA goals are to objectively determine conformance with regulations, provide a cohesive and detailed computer and systems security improvement plan, as well as document the constructive results.

Required :

4 additional years of experience may be used in-lieu of degree requirement.

CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP, Security+ CE, CySA+, PPDA, Agile IC, SNOW App Dev

Ability to obtain a final Top Secret security clearance.

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
