Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program or project management across multiple global regions, specifically within mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers, chip fabrication plants) or a design-build / real estate development environment.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time as required.

As a Construction Data Center Services (DCS) Manager, you will lead the design, construction, and delivery of data center projects in the region of North America, which includes campuses across the United States and planned future global expansions. You will require experience in managing construction projects within a changing, dynamic environment. You will oversee a team of Program Managers and Engineers, ensuring the successful execution of both new construction and capital improvement projects.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$311,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
