• Clinic / Hospital Hybrid Role (8a-5p Mon-Thur, 8a-12noon Friday) NO CALL
• 171-bed hospital (Soon to be 275 beds)
• 3 General Surgeons (adding additional staff due to growing community and demand)
• 4 ORs at Sebring hospital
• 3 ORs at ASC (on property)
• 3 ORs at Lake Placid (newly renovated / updated)
• Adding 3 more floors to our Sebring Hospital (growth and expansion due to community boom)
• Open Heart 2027
• 23+ primary care providers employed.
• Robotics welcome- Gastro, Bariatric, Thyroid, Colorectal, etc.
• EPIC / MModal dictation / DAX AI
• Fully staffed clinic with support : APPs, MAs, LPNs,Surgical Schedulers, Office Manager and Director
